The Tampa Bay Buccaneers selected defensive lineman Logan Hall with the 33rd overall pick in the 2022 NFL Draft.

Hall has impressed during the offseason activities with the team. Reports are the coaching staff is impressed with what they’ve seen out of Hall thus far.

Hearing coaches talk about a recently drafted player being impressive is common place. Coach-speak if you will. Hearing a former player who was never known to mince words glow about Hall, well that makes you take notice.

Buccaneers’ legend Warren Sapp was recently at the AdventHealth Training Center helping out with coaching the defensive linemen. Sapp needless to say came away impressed with Hall and elaborated about this on The Rich Eisen Show recently.

“If I had Logan Hall’s hands and feet I would have cut all mine off. This young man here is long, lean, mobile, agile, hostile and eager to learn. All of them, [Daron] Payne and [Jonathan] Allen, the same thing. This is a new generation. This is a new generation of defensive tackles that wants to perfect the art and chase the annals.” Sapp circled back to emphasize Hall’s power and length saying, “Slow feet and slow hands do not eat.”
